RIDL is a strong advocate for open source and no-lock-in technology. Over 90% of our data insights and tools are created with R and Python, two data science programming languages which are free and have a global community of data scientists behind them sharing code and helping the world move towards a data-driven and sustainable future. RIDL often participates in coding challenges and provides access to data science courses within Griffith University. We have places for students with interest in machine learning and artificial intelligence to start internships or PhD’s in collaboration with any Griffith School (IT, business, economics, health and more).
